This is a great resource for changing the way you eat in a way that will lead to better health, energy, and personal wellbeing. Susan gives a good case for why we need to change the way we eat and then shows us how to do it. Very motivating! She also provides some great resources for Christians who want to be healthy, such as helpful Bible verses.

I see such a lot of things that are causing my problems and now I know why. I would highly recommend this book to anyone especially if you are having digestive difficulties. Sugar really made me tired and sluggish always. Until I read Susan Neal’s book I hadn’t understood how much sugar was effecting me. The book explains so much about nutrition, the good things to eat for our bodies and the bad things. I immediately stopped eating sugar and processed foods and that made a huge difference.
